With the good, comes the bad.  My worst SharePoint moment of the day was trying to get to a user with a last name that started with “S” on the manage users screen (siteusrs.aspx).  There is no pagination on this screen, as with many admin screens in SharePoint. I had to scroll down the page and click “Next” 83 times to each my destination.   Gotta love it!

Surprised you don't need physical therapy after that trauma.

    Hey Heather,

One trick you can do is change the page size inside the siteusrs.aspx file.

Find PageSize="100" and set it to something higher (I set mine to 1000).

Not sure what the upper limits of this would be...but at least it could reduce the number of clicks (pagesize of 1000 would only take 9 clicks!). You probably could use 10000 since it is a simple datagrid.

I am sure you know where it is, but for everyone else you can find that file under the 60 hive here: \TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\1033

I've got you beat on this one - try setting up a visual studio project for the entire \60 hive to do custom site def development. Visual Studio has a quirk wherein it thinks you need to know about every ASPX file that doesn't have a code-behind page - and it forces you to click 'No' for every such file added to the project.

Think about that for just a moment - each directory in TEMPLATE\1033 has 100 ASPX files and a stock SharePoint implementation has 1684 aspx files in total.

    Hello, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome!

Now, hand over that ice pack...;-)
